We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry about a potential partnership arrangement. We do not use it for marketing unless you have explicitly consented, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Where data is stored

All personal information collected through this website is stored and processed in Canada. We do not transfer personal information outside Canada without your consent.

Who has access

Enquiries are read by named individuals at Halbern only. We restrict access to personal information to those who need it to respond to your enquiry. We do not share your information with your staff, associates, patients, or any other party without your explicit permission.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter in case you contact us again. Consent records are kept with timestamps as required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may request deletion at any time.

Analytics

We use a privacy-preserving, cookie-free analytics tool to understand general site usage. This tool does not collect personal information and does not require a cookie consent banner.

Your rights

Under PIPA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
